Leo An
1978 in Seoul geboren, schloss er 2001 sein Gesangsstudium an der National University of Korea in Seoul und am G. Verdi Konservatorium in Mailand ab. Nach seinem Umzug nach Italien studierte er Gesang bei Maestro Pier Miranda Ferraro. Derzeit ist er Professor an der „Anyang“-Universität in Südkorea, wo er auch lebt.
Sein professionelles Debüt gab er 1997 als Malatesta in Don Pasquale am Seoul Arts Center, wo er in den folgenden Jahren die Hauptrolle von Gianni Schicchi, Guglielmo in Così Fan Tutte und Marcello in La Bohème sang. Sein italienisches Debüt gab er 2000 als Giorgio Germont in La Traviata am Teatro Verdi in Busseto.
